1. The temperature of the cooling circulating water in the airtight chamber is too high, exceeding 40°C, so the airtight chamber cannot achieve the specified cooling effect on the monofilament, resulting in the temperature of the monofilament after annealing is still very high, and it will touch under high temperature. to the CO2 in the air and the air oxidizes.

2. Insufficient soapstock composition of the refrigerant in the airtight chamber will increase the friction between the monofilament and each guide wheel, which will increase the temperature of the monofilament again, resulting in air oxidation on the surface of the monofilament.

3. The pressure and water flow of the cooling circulating water in the airtight chamber are insufficient, so that the monofilament cannot achieve a satisfactory cooling effect.

Solution: Always check whether the machinery and equipment for refrigerating and cooling circulating water is running normally, and whether the actual cooling effect is all normal; adding chemicals that can increase the concentration of soap stock in the airtight chamber at certain intervals, so that it can be changed. The composition of the soapstock liquid in the cooling circulating water ensures that the monofilament can run normally on the guide pulley; whether the pressure of the cooling circulating water is regularly maintained is normal, and it is continuously modified according to the pressure change during production to the airtight chamber. the cooling water pressure and water flow.
