Safety Operation Rules of Dry Wire Drawing Machine
Check whether each machine equipment, transmission device, etc. are normal, and add lubricating oil to the rotating parts of the machine.
Check whether the rod specifications and surface quality are qualified, and are allowed to use.
Check the quality of the lubricant. If the lubricant is too dirty, it must be replaced.
Turn on the power of the vehicle first, and prepare to wear the mold.
Put the plate circle in a suitable position, make the rod pass through the pay-off rack, and cut off the defect that affects the quality at the end of the rod, and the length of the cut should be minimized.
Pull out the end of the rod for rolling. The pressure groove is selected and rotated by 90° reciprocatingly for rolling until the end of the thread can pass through the drawing die. The small diameter can be extruded by annealing and stretching.
Lubricant must be attached to the thread end and die hole of the die.
Turn off the power of the equipment after the work is finished, and make a record.
Emergency measures

● In the event of a personal electric shock, the switch should be switched off immediately, so that the person who is shocked should be rescued after being disconnected from the power source and sent to the hospital in time. Take measures to prevent fall injuries when the person who is shocked may fall after being disconnected from the power supply.
● In the event of equipment failure, immediately stop the operation, turn off the power supply, and operate after the problem is eliminated.
