Operators must constantly summarize and learn to continuously improve their own quality.
2. Safe operation: ⑴. Operators must wear gloves to prevent the workpiece from burning their fingers and affecting product quality. ⑵. Before starting the machine, carefully check the air supply (5kg/cm2) of the equipment, check whether the air supply pipeline is leaking, and drain the water in the air filter. ⑶. Correctly install the wire drawing belt (the direction of the arrow on the inner side of the wire drawing belt should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the wire drawing roller). Carefully check whether the upper and lower bearing seats and the lifting screw are well lubricated, and make sure that there is no one on the front of the discharge before starting the machine.
⑷. After the equipment is started, check whether the swing amplitude of the sanding belt is within the required range and whether there are other abnormal phenomena. Otherwise, adjust or shut down the machine immediately. ⑸. It is strictly forbidden to start the wire drawing machine and the dust collecting fan at the same time, and it is strictly forbidden for the operator to leave the work station after starting the machine.
⑹. It is strictly forbidden to place the workpiece directly on the conveyor belt for wire drawing without a pallet. It is strictly forbidden to place the workpiece directly on the wooden pallet without a baffle for wire drawing, so as not to damage the conveyor belt and the workpiece flying out and injuring people. ⑺. When two people are working, the operator behind the equipment shall not face the outlet of the wire drawing machine directly, so as to avoid the workpiece flying out and injuring people. ⑻. The pressure adjustment of the wire drawing machine should be moderate. Under normal circumstances, the pressure gauge indication should be between 35 and 75. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the red line to avoid equipment or personal accidents. ⑼. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the air pressure of the equipment under normal operating conditions to avoid equipment and personal accidents caused by the loss of control of the sanding belt. ⑽. If the equipment has abnormal phenomena during operation, it should be shut down and power off immediately to avoid the expansion of the fault. ⑾. The main power supply of the equipment should be turned off during maintenance, and a sign prohibiting operation should be displayed to avoid accidents. ⑿. The main power supply and compressed air should be turned off when leaving get off work or the equipment is in standby for a long time to ensure the safety of the equipment.
3. Operation requirements: ⑴. Carefully read the drawings and technical data before processing to avoid batch scrapping or waste. ⑵. During processing, the drawing direction and drawing surface should be carefully determined according to the technical requirements, and the drawing abrasive belt should be correctly selected. ⑶. Wear gloves during the entire processing process, pay attention to the surface protection of the workpiece, and strictly prevent scratches and collisions on the workpiece surface to cause waste. ⑷. It is strictly forbidden to directly draw the workpiece without cleaning. ⑸. The finished workpiece should be handled with care and layered protective packaging should be carried out to avoid damage to the workpiece surface. ⑹. Clean the waste recycling box in time to ensure the normal operation of the fan.
4. Equipment warranty: The equipment should be thoroughly maintained and inspected once a month (shutdown for 4 hours).
