Ann when loading receiving frame, should be aligned with the center line of the spout holder receiving the guide tube, and the straight centerline adjustment hole in the cutter. After installation, first check whether the electrical system and other components are damaged, whether the connecting parts of the machine are firm and reliable, and whether the transmission parts are flexible. After confirming that all parts are normal, the trial operation can be carried out. During the test run, check the bearing temperature and check whether the hammer head, cutter, shear gear and other workpieces are normal. Only when it is confirmed that there is no abnormal condition, can the feed, test straightening and cutting off. Select the appropriate straightening block, traction sheave groove and transmission speed according to the diameter of the required straightening steel bar . The diameter of the straightening block should be 2mm ~ 5mm larger than the diameter of the steel bar , and the width of the traction sheave groove should be consistent with the diameter of the required straightening steel bar. Care must be taken to adjust the straightening block. Straightening the profile, generally the block with five straight, the first 1 , 5 two straight blocks can be placed in the center line, three intermediate may be offset from the centerline. First offset the rebar by an offset of about 3mm , and after trial straightening, if the rebar still bends slowly, you can gradually increase the offset until it is straightened. A steel pipe with a length of about 1m should be installed at the front of the guide tube . The steel bars that need to be straightened should pass through the steel pipe first, and then into the guide tube and the straightening tube, to prevent the end of each steel bar from popping out and hurting people when the straightening is completed. Before the straightening block is fixed and the protective cover is not covered, the steel bars shall not be penetrated to prevent the straightening block from flying out and hurting people after the machine is started.
