What should be done before the inverted wire drawing machine is put into operation? 1. Before starting the inverted wire drawing machine, make sure that the gear oil is filled in the reducer;

2. 4. Some of the shortcomings of the wire can also be avoided through corresponding measures, mainly involving surface pretreatment and heat treatment, which are for wires used for drawing; 5. The wire drawing box of the inverted wire drawing machine should be filled with wire drawing powder to increase the lubricity of the steel bars. 6. Before starting the machine, check that the air, water, and electrical circuits of the inverted wire drawing machine are unobstructed. Only when everything is normal can the machine be started.
